Common questions

Do you actually sell anything yet?

Not yet. No supplier is connected, so no plan can be activated and no payment is taken anywhere on this site. What you can do is tell us which destination you need, which is what decides where we connect first.

Why would I use this instead of a comparison site?

Because a comparison site is paid when you buy, which makes "you do not need this" an expensive sentence for it to write. We write it on the pages where it is true, and Europe is full of them.

Can I buy a plan right now?

Not yet. We are measuring which destinations people genuinely need before connecting a supplier, so that the first plans we sell are the ones that get used. Tell us your destination and you will hear when it goes live.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Most phones released in the last few years do. The compatibility page lists the specifics and tells you how to check on your own device in about ten seconds.

Will I keep my own number?

Yes, on a dual SIM phone. Your usual line stays active for calls and texts while mobile data runs on the eSIM.
